knocking sound

I have developed a knock on the front drivers side during start-up and shut
down. It is a soft knock that comes when I crank the engine and when it
shuts off and rotates a few times. This came up after I took apart my intake
system to install my hybrid intake and had reassemble the stock box b/c I
didn't have all the hardware I needed.

Is the rear insulator? Or omens of something far more sinister?
I know I need to replace all of my mounts, have already done front
(passenger side).
