OT: article on racial diversity

I found this really interesting article on racial diversity.  It looks
specifically at Sacramento because it's the most racially diverse city in the
US.

I thought it would be interesting to everyone here because the import community
seems to be one of the few places where race doesn't really matter.  Sports are
like that too for the most part which is one reason I love sports (in addition
to playing them).
