Oh crap!  You're running the stock fuel pump?!!!  It's only safe for 10 psi on
a T25!  You can push 12 psi on the t25 but I'm not trying it!  That would be
why you're running lean (especially running the t28, be thankful you didn't
blow up your motor with the 16 psi), the fuel pump can't keep up!
