Agreed.

But they also had *very* limited supply for some time and there were people
who were reselling them at a huge personal profit. I was really trying to
address the fact that some products are not easy to come by.

As for delivery, I imagine John & Co are trying to be honest and are
getting caught out by a number of things. I think they have good
intentions. And I know my mom used to say "The road to hell is paved with
good intentions," but I don't think they are trying to screw anybody or
screw with anybody.

I certainly cannot argue with you there. Again, I don't thin HS is trying
to deceive anyone. I don't think they are trying to get anyone to keep
from buying from another source. Perhaps they should just say either they
are working on it, or hope to get to it. JWT has taken flak in the past
over projects they have been trying to get to, but other projects seem to
get more immediate attention. It really is a trap for every small business
that is manufacturing stuff for a niche market. You want to produce a
certain thing. You plan to produce a certain thing. But things get in the
way. I think it's more a matter of good intentions getting squeezed out by
other realities.
