Turbo boost problems

If you have a boost falling off problem:
1: Do a pressure test. Don't just look at the hoses, pressure test it.

2: Unplug the wastegate actuator and drive around. Be careful because
boost will be uncontrollable. If boost is all over the map, it's your
controller or how it is hooked up. If it still has the problem, see step
3.
3: Wire the wastegate shut. Remove the actuator, use some bailing wire,
make sure it stays closed. Then drive around, being careful. If boost is
all over the map you have a bad actuator, if it still does the same
thing you have a leak or a defective turbo.
