I've not seen any fluid filled mounts on my three B-13s nor on my brother's
(Collinder - shoot me a beer!) or any of the other handful I've worked
on.  I'm pretty sure there ain't no such thang.  (new to the south &
practicing the lingo)

Yup, all of 'em.  I suspect that's a manufacturing thing to give them
something to align the center portion to the proper point in the housing,
rather than to vent anything.
