Sure.  Cubic dollars.  The B13 platform wasn't designed to accommodate a
rear-wheel drive system.  You will be cutting and reshaping the entire rear
floor pan and fabbing drivertrain and suspension mounts.  But what the hell,
it's only money.

Oh yeah, you will be the first.

Finally, don't ask about exhausts.  Go to http://www.se-r-list.org/archives/ and
use the search engine to find megabytes written about SE-R exhausts.
