No they are not. Sears impact wrenches, air ratchets are all made by ignersol
rand. all nailers are made by porter cable. SO NO THEY ARE NOT. ALL craftsman
hand tools, and snap on are made by ohio forge. so....boo ya. Actually home
depot bought an old craftsman-ohio forge factory.
