Used to have this setup but with a OE disk not a 00-up disk on my BBird and
under 15psi it would slip in 5th under boost.....as far as JWT clutch
goes...I ordered a clutch yesterday from a place in FL cause JWT told me 325
bux for just a PPlate for my 01 Maxima. Well I got a better ACT clutch for
188 to my door. I can say is I still got the JWT PP in my SE-R and its all
good, about 50K miles on it and still chirps 3rd like a mofo. My next clutch
will be a ACT, simply for the fact that they are the best out there, have
many diff PPlates and disks plus they are ALOT cheaper and stand behind
their product. I don't see any JWT clutch equipped cars runing 10s or less
out there. Not to bash their product but ACT is better. When asked why is it
that ACT makes a stronger PPlate and costs less than their 325 PPlate for my
Maxima they didn't have a answer for me. I might be a pot head, alkie and a
pedophile but U aint gonna see me spending 200 bux more on something that is
not as good as the cheaper item.
