G20 Tranny Problems

My sister's stock 93.5 automatic G20 with only 66,500 miles has started to
jump when you first put the car into drive and also when it shifts from 1st
to 2nd.  It does not do this every time, but happens around 50% of the time.

I've done several searches of this in the archives and have come up 2
possibilities.  Could it be due to the overdrive button being on while
driving in the city?  The catch is that we've only owned it for a few months
and are not sure how the previous owners drove the car.  Second, was that it
could need a tranny fluid change.

We took it to the $tealer today to have a thorough flush, fluid change.  I
drove the car around afterwards for about an hour in the city to let the new
fluid run it course.  After spending $165 we have not found much change.

I suppose we could take it to the dealer or transmission shop, but that
makes me very nervou$.  Are there any switches or fuses that might help to
change?

I'd appreciate any insight one might lend to this matter.
