Cheap coil-overs? How good?

Hello,
     Have any of you had any experience with APC's
coil-overs?? I am considering using a set on the rear
of my '93, since the Sportline/KYB setup I've had for
the last couple of years is pounding my spine. I don't
auto-X , so it's no big deal if the spring rates are a
little too soft. I was planning on pairing the
coil-overs with AGXs.
      My hesitation about dealing with APC comes from
the fact it's the same company that makes most of its
money selling those air filters that look like
blow-off valves to the hateful riceboys who talk about
their  "18's and Altezzas" like they're ghetto fashion
statements.
