Actually, I used the silly form on their site and had a response in less than
12 hours.  I sent the message about 10:30 pm CDT and had a response by 7:00 am
CDT the next morning.  I was shocked.

So, send them a message that:  WE WANT DAVE!  WE WANT DAVE!  WE WANT DAVE!
