3M window weld and Cure Time

Ive done all my research about pourring my own mounts.

As you all know, the B15 has no aftermarket mounts, so
While Im slapping in a flywheel I had lightened, Im
going to remove the torque and firewall mounts and
fill them up with urethane.

My only problem is this is my daily driver AND my only
car. I do not want to be without it for too long.

I know you can use an oven, or small toaster oven
to accelerate the curing, but I do not know at what
heat setting and for how long.

If anyone on the list can help me with this Id greatly appreciate
it.

What I need :
Best trick for Curing with an Oven ?
How long should it take ?
