Interior dome light and Door open indicator won't go out.

Last night it was raining like a MOFO and my alarm kept going off. I realized
it was the battery losing voltage. Now the indicator on the dash and interior
light won't go off. I have extra door pins and I replaced the ones in the car
now. Still doesn't go off. I know the rain may be just a concidence but what
else am I supposed to check. There is nothing that moves around that interfere
with the wiring.

Anyone else have this problem?
