Alright, I got an explanation on the EXEMPT part... it is due to the age of
the car. In GA, after a certain period of time it is no longer required to
report mileage. My guess is 10yrs is the cutoff.
Still think Carfax was a waste of $14+ bucks...I can't believe I bought into
the hype... dah... I'm such an idiot... stupid, stupid (in his best Chris
Farley imitation)...I quit!

	I do use Carfax myself, but I take their information with
	a grain of salt.  I've tried to contest incorrect information as
well to
	no avail.
