Grille Question (Cosmetic)

My black '97 200sx SE-R has the front grille that has the 4 "bars" that
go across, and I don't really like the look of it.  I've seen Sentras
with a "solid" type grille which I like much better.  Here is a picture
I found of the one I mean:

Would this piece work on my '97?  And does anyone know what year model
this would be from?
