JWT S3/S4 questions (yes, I checked the archives)

I checked the archives, forums and websites, but have yet to find the answer
to these questions:
1) Will S3 and/or S4 cams pass CA's smog check?
According to SCC's first cam shoot out, S3's seem like the best compromise
(less low rpm hp/tq loses than S4's and high rpm hp/tq numbers very close to
S4's). I've run across later posts by Kojima and Cadle that that refer to a
revision in the JWT ECU cam program that improved the S4's numbers.
2) Are the dyno charts from SCC's cam shoot out still accurate? If not, what
are the new figures for the S3 and S4 cams with and without the revised JWT
ECU cam program. Any links to current dyno charts would be appreciated.
Idle with S4's seem to lope really bad without the ECU program.
3) Does the revised ECU program allow S4's to idle reliably below 1000 rpm?
