cam install question

Define excessive force... they are going to be pretty hard to turn against the
compression and weight of the entire motor. Did you lube the bearing
surfaces?

If there still is really a problem then you probably have the caps out of
order. They are numbered, and the info is in the FSM to tell what goes where.
