Transmission Fluid Question

damn now im thinking about gl-4 again.  I found this on amsoils web site

while it does say gl4.... i dont think i should put it in my tranny.  I see
several transmision fluids.... but none say gl4..... doohhhhhh the agony goes
on.  Ive heard of people useing b&m trick shift atf.... but that sounds like a
bad idea to me. dooohhhhh.  confusion.  Ive been thinking about changing the
fluids too.
