Energy Suspension shifter bushing

Hello all,

I just received a shifter bushing from
htp://www.suspension.com and it appears to be missing
a part. I remember the last bushing I bought had a new
steel sleeve that presses into the new bushing. This
shifter bushing did not come with a new sleeve. It
appears that you have to use the old one.

Can anyone confirm that the ES shifter bushing
normally comes with a steel sleeve?
