Miisfire in GTi-R DE-T; please help!@

okay guys i dont know whats wrong. i have a horrible misfire in my GTi-R
DE-T. ive replaced the cap/rotor, plugs, wires, checked timiing. by passed
my MSD. and still nothing. what can it be? im currently running no exhuast
(yes none, right off thge turbo). Could it be the distributer going bad?
could it cause such a huge lose in botton end power? cause ive lost lots of
power. all i want is a normal running car :( can someone please help. oh and
ive got a blaster ss coil and MSD 6AL.
