New mailing list

Hello,

I have created yet another mailing list, called se-r-ads. I am going
to have the SE-R.net classifieds ad notices sent to that list, rather
than se-r-deals. I would like se-r-deals to return to a lower volume
list for group deal discussion. The se-r-ads list will be for general
for-sale and want ads, whether from SE-R.net or anybody else.

Currently, all se-r-deals list members are on se-r-ads as well. To
