I second this idea.  I don't even call Courtesy any more.  I just email
Brian with whatever parts I need, and they are at my house quick.  Courtesy
has messed a few orders every now and then, but hey continue to get my
business.  They are the closest dealer to me, so there isn't much shipping
time.
