Right, this is getting almost as bad as the B14 Turbo thread.
I can't speak for other companies, but I know Courtesy has a large
operation. Those guys are constantly on the phones up there, I've never
seen a parts department so busy. If anyone has a problem with the service
they're getting, talk with Steve (service manager). That's part of his job,
to straighten out messes and keep the customer happy. After he's off the
phone with you, you can bet he'll try to get to the bottom of things so that
situation doesn't repeat itself.
As with any business you conduct over the phone, always make a note of who
you're talking with, when you called, etc. Most of the time you'll never
need this, but when you have a problem and don't have it, having a document
to refer back to will be a huge help.
