On my '92s for some reason it can be difficult to get the
thru mount bolt lined up (I know my NX was repaired from
a front collision so it may be a little off).   I use
an inspection mirror on one end and some vise grips
clamping the mount and bracket edge on the other end
to get it lined up horizontally.  Goes in way easier
when you can see that the bolt is centered. YMMV
