When you remove the EGR pipe just trace the flange out
onto a piece of sheet steel (or aluminum, its easier to
work with) cut/dremel it out and use a little RTV to help
seal it up.  I also used some washers to shim up the plate
as the EGR bolts were a little too long after removing
the pipe.
