I think the author comes from the point of view that the Audi's Teutonic
engineering in its suspension tuning is so refined (and superior) that the
addition of a coilover suspension is unnecessary. Mortals without
extensive experience in suspension tuning and $$$ should not fool
themselves into thinking they can second guess Audi engineers! Remember we
drive cars that must bow down to Audis ;)
