Too late! I already ordered the Paradas in 215/40/17. I have 17x7, but at 35mm
offset. In the rear the 205/40 would rub on very hard cornering, but the tires
are nowhere near the struts. Up front there was more then 1" of clearance in
every direction. So my plan is to roll the crap out of the rear fenders later
in life ant not worry. (I only bought 215/40 for the front right now because
I'm a broke ass with two bald tires up front and two newish tires out back.)

To be honest the main reason I wanted the larger tires was to protect the rims
better. I needed more sidewall and more width.

I'll test fit them in the rear, too, and report back.
