Yes the idea has been raised. It probably won't fit in the B15 engine
compartment. If it did it would be a lot of work, since the V6 is already
crammed into the Altima.  Plus the handling of the car would be pretty
messed up after adding all that weight to the front. And the cost of the new
Altima engine after buying a brand new Spec V probably wouldn't be worth it,
when you can get a faster car for cheaper..
