I wouldn't call any of the modifications minor.  Significant modifications
would have to be made and probably a great deal of fabrication.  I'm sure
there are shops around that are competent enough to figure it out, but anyone
going down this path will need lots of patience and money (more than you
probably imagine).  I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a number of
things came up that required a rare JDM only part and/or some slick
fabrication.  But anything can be done with enough time and money (mostly
money).:-)
