9004 to H4 conversion

Hello all,

I am installing a set of JDM Lucino headlights in my
1996 200SX.  The Lucino lights use an H4 bulb, whereas
my 200SX lights use a 9003 or 9004 (can't remember).

The H4 wiring harness looks like this:

This is the view when looking at the plug of the
harness from behind with wires facing you. Can anyone
tell me which one should be ground, low beam, and high
beam? Or, can someone refer me to a link of a pic or
diagram?
