Engine noise on each start

I've heard about some cars having some valve noise after starting their
motors on the first start, or after 6 hours or whatever time they mentioned.
  My noise occurs every time I start the car, no matter if it's been driven
or not, or if it's hot or cold.

It happens right after the car has been cranked and the motor has started
running already.  It sounds a little bit like a sanding sound or clatter
coming from inside the engine compartment.  It can be heard from inside the
car.
