Help! Sudden shifting problems

Thanks for your help, Jon. MY clutch *seems* to be working
okay. I can idle while stopped and in gear with the clutch
pedal depressed. Also, I don't get any grinding when going
into first. It just takes a lot of muscle to get it there
while the car is stopped. Could it be my motor mounts are
shot? Which one would be most likely to cause this behavior?
