intercooler piping materials....

Hi all-went to the local napa today looking for a flex pipe for my downpipe
project and found flexible exhuast pipe.
What i'm wondering is if this stuff could be used for the intercooler
piping?  It seems pretty sturdy and is made out of i think galvinized steel
or aluminized steel.
What do you'll think?  If not this stuff, where can i find the silcon hose?
