I've done it before as well on a Mitsubishi (same setup). At first I had it
hooked up like you would *think* it should work, and the dimmer switch
dimmed opposite on the aftermarket gauges (stock gauges would dim,
aftermarket would get bright, and vice versa). It took me a few hours
(well, a lot of hours) to figure it out, but I eventually got it. Boost and
EGT dimmed just like the rest of the gauges. Now what I could *not* figure
out how to do is get them to dim with the aftermarket indiglo dimmer. I
don't think that's possible. But they worked great with the stock dimmer
switch.
I'll take the 2 Geisha girls. I don't need no hubcabs :)
