header install gone bad

I would just like to say thanks for all of the replies I have gotten to my
dilemma.  It appears that this particular stud may be prone to breaking as a few
people have replied that they had trouble with the exact same stud.  For me it
broke on the initial loosening.  This is the stud listed as the first to remove.
I continued on and pulled the stock manifold off without any issues.  I went out
and picked up a set of extractors but was unable to get any other supplies.  Man
every tool supply place closes early on Sundays.  I was thinking of using a
dremel to drill the stud out.  I have a good set of drill bits already.  Anyone
think this is not a good idea.  I used to work in industrial tools a few years
ago and I have seen countless mad customers when an extractor breaks off in a
stud.  Is it possible to move the radiator with out draining it and removing the
hoses?  Like undo it's mounts and leaning it to the side?  I have all new studs
already that I got when I bought the header.  Is there a good way to remove the
other studs and minimize the risks of breaking them.  I have the exhaust ports
stuffed with rags and hit the studs about 8 more times before I ran out of
daylight.  I will be sure to take pics of the process incase future STR owners
run into trouble and need to know how to do this job.  Again thank to all those
who have replied with help.  what a great community we have.
