I seriously doubt that the engine can't sustain over 200 horsepower. That was
never pointed out in the SCC tech article. In fact, I remember reading
somewhere that the bottom end on the QR25 is supposed to be more rigid than
the SR20. The only way it could match it would be to change the pistons and
close the deck.
