SERCA National Convention UPDATE.. (PLEASE READ!)

Online registration will end on 2-22-02.  If you decide you still want to
register for the event, contact Justin McClanahan (mcclanah@u.arizona.edu)
to arrange registration and payment.

We're coming down to the wire here..  We're right at 36 days til the
convention, and we've only received 59 sign ups for the convention.

Out of those 59 only 37 have signed up for the hot lapping sessions.

At this point we're going to start advertising the hot lapping event (and
the other events) to other groups (clubsi, focus group, M3 guys, etc).
We're planning on limiting the track event to 80-90 cars.  So as soon as it
fills up, it fills up regardless of what type of car.

As it is right now SERCA will lose money on the track event, and that wont
happen.  So, if you're thinking about running I would highly suggest you
sign up soon, to guarantee a spot on the track

Registration for the Nissan Testing Grounds tour will be closing on 2-15-02.
There are alot of logistics involved and we can't leave that registration
open til the convention date.

If, you decided to wait and register AFTER (2-15-02) the fee is going to go
up by 10%.

Payments are due by NO LATER than 2-22-02!

We're not trying to be unreasonable here, but there is ALOT of money on the
line for these events and we need to get the people that are serious about
it, to sign up.
