Rotas are used on the track quite frequently.  They have a wheel made
just for Drifting and a wheel made just for FWD drag racing, so I'd hope
that they know a little about strengthening the rim for high-stress
usage.:)  As far as runout, I have no idea, but I'd look to positive
reports from Rota owners to speak for the quality.
