Yes, it has changed... while sponsorship from aftermarket companies is
nice, this past year, SERCA money was dished out to help get the
convention efforts off the ground and keep it going.  SERCA loans money to
the region hosting the convention... therefore, SERCA has a great deal in
chosing where the convention is and how it's done
