I got mine done at Marren Motorsports (www.injector.com).  I believe they do
the same thing except they are in CT as opposed to CA.  Customer service was
great and they were fast.  Don't know if they do fuel rails but my guess is
you could just you carb cleaner on that.  I got a new fuel pressure
regulator just to be on the safe side since mine had almost 200,000 miles on
it.
