What to do w/a sickly 130K '91 SE-R

I've had mine new since 1991 but I guess I am new to this particular issue.
All I remember about the 1991's were MAF grounding, EGR error codes and the
change in BPT tube diameter, fuel pump recall (I think I was one of the
original people that encountered this), etc.

Heck, my 82' Datsun 200SX with 298,000 original miles on Castrol 20W50 every
3K miles never had an issue with sludge buildup.
