What to do w/a sickly 130K '91 SE-R

My friend in Lewiston, Idaho has a JDM SR20DE with a G20 tranny...ECU axes
etc....and a brand new flywheel and new ACT Clutch.  THink he's lettin it
all go for $1500...he paid close to $2800 shipped for it all about 2 years
ago and never did the swap and since sold his old sentra.  He has a famil on
the way and needs money so if u just wanted some certain parts I'm sure he
can hook you up.  Plus it's only 5 hours away from Seattle so let me kno?
