I think 10% may be possible, *maybe* a little more if he's brilliant, but if
he hasn't done a SR20 before, even 10% is unlikely.  A 30% gain from headwork
would be greater than the gain Mike Kojima got out of his engine with *all* of
the mods and engine work, including head work.
