Wanted: B13 SE-R 5spd Trans in Seattle/Eastside/East-of-mountains

Does anyone in the Seattle/Eastside region (or east of the mountains, such as ellensburg, Yakima, Tri-Cities, Spokane) have a rebuildable B13 SE-R 5spd they would sell for a resonable price?  A relative's B13 SE-R has the 5th Gear pop-out but it is their Daily Driver so would like to do the rebuild on a "spare trans" while they are still driving their car,  so as to limit the down time of the car.
