Starting a car that has sat for awhile

My B14 has sat since Aug of '10 and has not been started since then.  I've
bought a new battery and I'm going to change the oil and make sure to turn
it a few times by hand to get oil on the cams, but what about the gas?
Should I drop the tank and get rid of the old stuff, or just mix in a few
gallons of fresh gas?
