High port to low port swap, wiring harness?

Hey all, I've done some searches but have come up short on answers.  Can anyone definitively answer if a high port wiring harness will work with a low port SR20DE swap?  I've got a '91 B13 with a blown engine, high port, and have a low port replacement.  Other than moving sensors and such over, and maybe undoing a few zip ties to free up cable slack, should this work?

Most of the swaps I've come across in my reading have gone from low to high.
