ECU Hack for Knock Sensor

Jon,

Not 100% certain about this, but I think a 1M would be enough to cause a 
fault. The ECU expects about 560k. Close enough would be two 1M in 
parallel. I put a 560k on my wife's Max and it worked perfectly (until 
Katrina when all gas was sub-87, no matter what the pump said). I found 
the Max would run fine down to 90 octane without pinging, but below that 
there were problems. Also, make sure your EGR is functional. Without 
that you'll have ping problems too.
