You would have to remove the ECU and unscrew the top sheet metal 
cover.  An unmodified ECU has a single plane circuit board with a 
bunch of surface mount components.  JWT adds a 2nd circuit board the 
full width and about 40% of the length of the box mounted with the 
component side down.  It's relatively "low tech" with a big DIP EPROM 
and lead-through-hole construction.
