Fuel Pressure problems

Well, I still am... I would start with the filter(cheap), or if you can, check pressure before the regulator and see if you still get those fluctuations. I might have an FPR in the garage if you need it.

Then got to the fuel pressure.  WAY low on my gauge.  32 psi after 
turning on ignition (should be 43), 22 psi @ idle (s.b. 36), and only 
30 with no vacuum on the regulator (s.b. 40 something).  The pressure 
also fluctuated wildly from around 16 to 28 when revved to 4000+rpm 
with no load.
